Recently when viewing http://www.stephenhucker.com/ I have had problems.

Specifically it keeps asking me to download the webpage like it is a program.

This never occurs on
- Firefox or any Mozilla based browser
- On OS X web browsers such as Safari
- On any Windows machine with Service Pack 2 on it.
